Hi, I’m Katherine, the designer behind Willow Street Creative! With over 10 years of experience in marketing as a brand designer, I’ve always had a passion for creating meaningful designs. While I’ve long loved stationery, I truly rediscovered my love for paper when I designed my own wedding invitations and paper goods. That experience ignited my desire to help couples celebrate their love stories through beautifully crafted, personalized stationery.

We believe every touchpoint of your celebration deserves thoughtful intention. From the moment your guests feel the weight of their invitation to the signage that welcomes them, guides them, and sends them off—each piece is designed to work together as a cohesive story. We start with a discovery consultation, where you share your vision, style, and must-have elements. This is where we get to know you as a couple—the quirks, the romance, the shared dreams. Our team handcrafts each piece with precision and artistry, giving life to your ideas through custom illustrations, calligraphy, and premium materials. Throughout this phase, you’ll see your vision come together, with room for adjustments to ensure every detail is absolutely perfect.

Design & Collaboration

With design finalized, we move to production. We partner with trusted artisans to bring your designs into the world, creating a tactile experience that lasts a lifetime. From luxurious papers to handcrafted finishes, each piece is made to be as lasting as your love story.

At Willow Street Creative, we bring your story to life on paper, from the first save-the-date to the last elegant detail of your wedding day. Here’s how our process works:

Custom Stationery

Our digital printing packages start at $1500 and
our letterpress and other specialty printing packages start at $3,500 and are custom quoted to fit your exact needs.

These starting prices reflect 100 suites and include 5 pieces.

Our typical couple invests $5,000 with invitations and day of stationery pieces.

Katie was beyond amazing and lovely to work with!

She is so passionate and knowledgeable about her craft that it made me excited about parts of my wedding that I didn’t anticipate having much of an opinion on! She designed my save-the-dates, invites, seating chart, menus, bar signs, table numbers and additional signs, welcome signs for day-of and rehearsal, memorial table sign, party favors sign, and the guest book sign. She understood my vision and created signage that was the perfect combination of modern, elegant, and clean. She also made sure that I was 100% happy and satisfied with every design before sending anything to the printer, and she was eager and willing to make any changes or additions that I threw her way. She was quick-to-respond to my countless emails, and she is without a doubt my go-to for all things stationary and signage from this point forward.
